A. We believe that with accurate and complete legal information a person of reasonable intelligence and education can prepare their own will and other supporting documents provided that you do satisfy the following conditions:

  • You do not have assets located in a foreign county.
  • You do not believe that any one will challenge your will based upon mental capacity.
  • You are not trying to disinherit your spouse.
  • Your assets, combined with your spouse's assets do not exceed $1,500,000.

If any of these conditions are true, you need to consult with an attorney.

Once this connection has been made, information can be exchanged with no chance of any unauthorized third party interpreting the data. A. You have access to your account for a 365 day period after registration. This means that you can change you will, or other documents, at any time and print them out ready for execution. You have the choice of printing your documents out directly from the browser or exporting them to Word or .RTF format and printing them using the word-processor on your computer.
